These Terms and Conditions govern your use of REDS Hair Salon’s services and website. By booking an appointment, using our online platforms, or visiting any of our branches at KSL hair salon, City Square Mall, or Komtar JBCC, you agree to comply with the terms set forth below.
1. Appointments
Customers are encouraged to book appointments in advance to ensure preferred date and time availability. Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or in person. Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or changes. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee, which varies by service.
3. Pricing and Payments
Service prices may vary based on hair length, condition, and stylist expertise. Prices are available on request and are subject to change. Payment is due immediately after the service is rendered. We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and other payment methods indicated at each branch.
4. Service Expectations
Our professional team strives to deliver high-quality hair services. If you are not satisfied, please notify us before leaving the salon or within 3 days. We may offer touch-up services at no cost, subject to our assessment.
5. Promotions and Vouchers
All promotions are valid for a limited time and subject to availability. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, resold, or transferred. Each voucher is valid for one-time use only and must be presented at the time of payment.
6. Conduct and Etiquette
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior. All guests are expected to maintain a courteous attitude toward staff and fellow customers.
7. Liability and Risk
While we take every precaution to provide safe and professional services, REDS Hair Salon JB is not liable for allergic reactions, injuries, or outcomes caused by undisclosed health conditions or product sensitivities. Clients should inform staff of any known allergies or sensitivities prior to service.
8. Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for their personal items while at the salon. REDS Hair Salon is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the REDS Hair Salon website and marketing materials—including logos, text, and images—is the intellectual property of REDS Hair Salon. Unauthorized reproduction or use of this content is prohibited.
10. Website Use and Online Booking
You may use our website only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the online booking system. We reserve the right to cancel appointments that are fraudulent or improperly made.
11. Branch-Specific Information
Each of our branches (KSL City Mall, City Square Mall, and Komtar JBCC) may have different operating hours and service availability. Please contact the specific branch for accurate information before your visit.
12. Amendments to Terms
REDS Hair Salon may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services implies agreement with the latest terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
